Installation Instructions For Direct Connection
- Mount Shield to the Irrigation Supply Line using “Standard 3/4” Fittings” adjusting as needed to keep the bottom of the Shield Donut flush with the existing grade. (as shown)
- No-Dig Shields accept “ALL” Standard “Mist & Rotor” type sprinkler heads!
- Mount your sprinkler head within the No-Dig Shield using “Standard 3/4” Fittings” adjusting as needed to keep the top of the head below the top of the shield. (as shown)
Flex Line Installation For Impact or Shallow Connection
- It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that in severe impact locations, our “Flex Line Adaptor Kit” be installed to reduce damage to the “Irrigation Supply Line.”
- The “Flex Line Adaptor Kit” can also be used when an existing supply line is too shallow for a “direct conection.”
- Our kit includes two (2) feet of black poly pipe, two (2) 3/4” 90˚ fittings and one (1) 1/2" 90˚ fitting.
NOTE: The supplied 1/2” 90˚ fitting is only used if the existing supply line connection is NOT a 3/4” fitting!
