Company Policies
Refund & Return Policy
- No Refunds after seven (7) days from delivery.
- The Product being Returned must in New Condition (as delivered) and without any signs of Use or Damage.
- If you meet the Return Policy requirements, the Product must be Shipped to the Address e-mailed to you.
- Your Original Shipping and Handling costs will not be Refunded.
- A Restocking Fee of twenty percent (20%) will be charged to your Return.
- The Customer will be required to pre-pay the Return Shipping costs and the Restocking Fee.
- Refunds will be Paid by Check, only to the Original Customer and Address on the order.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. All information gathered by No-Dig LLC through your order is kept strictly confidential. The information
will be used only to make sure that your order gets delivered to you in the
timeliest manner possible. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal
information to others.
Shipping Policy
Most items will ship within 24-48 hours of receiving the order. Orders will ship via UPS ground.
